REVENUE STREAM
Hmmm...we try on how to get some money regarding entrepreneurial clinic. One of them is mobile clinic. Unlike an ambulance, we provide some medicine or health support equipments for patients who do not have transportation to go the clinic. It is medical delivery. No charge for delivery.
Mini cafeteria is also added on the another section in the clinic. If possible, healthy food and drinks are prepared with full cleanliness. Besides that, small room is prepared with whiteboard and some lecture chairs like a classroom for any health seminar.
Vending machine for selling medicine like Panadol, is also provided in the cafeteria. Anyway, we try the best to hold up the circumcision programme annually.
KEY RESOURCE
Like usual, we need doctors, nurses, pharmacists and office staffs to complete the work organisation in this clinic. In that case, COMPETED AND PROFESSIONAL are important. Medicine and medical equipments are must provided for patients and also doctors to use them well, especially for traumatic case. Indeed, X-ray machine is also be used for physiotherapy.
Transport like van is also needed for transporting any medical supply or patients in term of medical delivery. Lastly, we need architects to build the clinic, and decorate inside this place with luxurious, futuristic style.
KEY ACTIVITY
When we have already described the key resources we would have, now let's go to key activities.
We, with a help of doctors and nurses, we can make the medical treatments for various illnesses and diseases. Also, doctors would convey consultations to the patients following these procedures. Various medical check-ups are also provided.
Plus, when we have lecture room as we mentioned, we can make health seminars like pregnant women, married couples, children and old citizen. At least, we make them some lessons on how to live very well and healthy.
KEY PARTNER
We need friends to support our plan. Thus, we must attract share holders especially the rich and affordable people to sponsor our medical fee and supply. Depending on the bonus and contract, they would get some profits. We need to make an agreement with pharmacy department to supply some medicine and vitamins, dependent on the selling prize.
Cafeteria manager and its crews are also needed to manage the cafeteria. All these managements depends on the manager. Then, we would get Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) from the government to prove our good quality of clinical service.
At least, we need to get some sponsorships from the medical brands like Scott's Emulsion, Appeton and Ammun Essential. Otherwise, we promote them to the customers.
COST STRUCTURE
Last but not least is cost structure in which how much we purchase for this clinic. Like usual, bills and salary are must paid monthly depending on the current economical growth. About medicine and medical equipments, we, hardly to say, make a debt for the supplier.
